Recently I blogged photos of the process it has been to remove my eyebrow tattoo and micro blading. I was happy to discover the feedback I have received after being so embarrassingly hesitant on posting. It’s been a journey that’s lasted years. When going through the process, I would search the internet high and low looking for photos for reference because I was concerned if what I was experiencing was “normal”. The response I’ve received from posting this blog really makes me happy. The main question I got after posting is what encouraged me to WANT to consider tattoo removal in the first place. WHY I wanted to start this long process. This blog is my answer!
I mentioned that I started a new regimen to grow my brow hair back in my previous blog. This regimen actually worked! I was seeing results! For the first time in YEARS I had eyebrow hair! The only problem though is I had it from the center to mid brow, but not from the mid brow to end BECAUSE my tattoo at that point was higher than my natural brow line. So I wanted to remove my tattoo and micro blading for good so I could start growing my natural brow line back since now I knew I actually could.
Now I know I’ll never have extremely thick brows, I mean it’s genetic, but I have them naturally and I’m excited! I recently finished my 2nd laser treatment of brow removal which was the reason of sharing my previous blog and this one one. My previous laser treatment burnt off my existing brows when removing another few layers of ink, so I have been anxious after healing to start this regimen once again to regrow my brows until I’m able to completely remove them for good.
I also realize this will be a work in progress, not growing my brows back, but removing the years of touching up tattoo ink and micro blade ink so I know I’ll be using this trick often over the next year or so. I’m just happy I found something that works, so I wanted to share for all those asking…
